Monkfish risotto with mussels, and samphire 

Char grilled pork chop glazed with honey and wholegrain mustard, served with savoy cabbage, pancetta, and cumin with truffle mash 

8oz Fillet steak topped with tarragon butter and served with hand cut chunky chips, portobello mushroom, vine roasted tomatoes and mixed leaf salad

Roasted butternut squash, confit shallot, rosemary, and garlic potato cake, served with a rich cherry jus (vgo)
