Dubbed “the pub industry’s Oscars,” this award audits everything from guest experience and team culture to financial performance and community impact. Lifting the national trophy in 2021 remains one of our proudest moments.

🤝 BII Heart of the Community Award
During the pandemic we partnered with local suppliers and charities to deliver hot “meals-on-wheels” to neighbours who were shielding or vulnerable. The BII honoured that effort with their Heart of the Community accolade, proof that pub spirit stretches well beyond the bar.

One of only six pubs shortlisted nationwide, this nomination celebrates everything we do to keep our village thriving, from charity quiz nights and food-bank collections to our parents-and-baby coffee mornings.
