Who we are
The Pityme Inn is operated by The North Coast Pub Company Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Company number: 17110342. Registered office: The Pityme Inn, Rock Road, St Minver, Wadebridge, Cornwall, PL27 6PQ.

These terms apply to room bookings made directly with The Pityme Inn. Bookings made through an online travel agent (OTA) are also subject to the terms displayed by that provider when you book.

Making a booking
Your booking is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation. Please check the dates, room, number of guests and price shown in the confirmation, and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

Payment
For direct bookings, we verify your card when you book and take payment on arrival. For OTA bookings, payment arrangements are those shown in your booking confirmation and by the OTA.

Cancellations and refunds
For direct bookings, you may cancel without a cancellation charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. For OTA bookings, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before arrival to qualify under the cancellation terms shown for the booking. Please cancel an OTA booking through the OTA.

For cancellations after the applicable deadline, or if you do not arrive, any charge stated in your booking confirmation or OTA terms may apply. Any refund due for an OTA booking will be handled according to the OTA’s process.

Changes or cancellation by us
If we need to cancel or change your booking, we will contact you using the details provided and explain the options available.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
