Dave and Louise are the faces behind The Pityme Inn — and their story actually started at sea.

The two met while working on cruise ships, travelling the world, working hard, and learning first-hand what great hospitality really looks like (and how to keep smiling through it all!). That experience shaped everything they do today — high standards, attention to detail, and making sure every guest feels properly looked after.

 

Since swapping life at sea for Cornwall, they’ve gone on to build a small collection of much-loved venues, including The Molesworth Arms in Wadebridge and Bellini’s. Their approach is simple: great food, good drinks, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home.

 

Now, they’re bringing that same energy to The Pityme Inn — breathing new life into a brilliant local pub while keeping everything people already love about it.
